Attitude

Signs your 5-yr-old may be developing some attitude problems:

Ex. A
I asked Andrea why she was so well-behaved for Daddy, so well-behaved at church and at school, but she was so naughty for me. Why?!
Her response:
"Mom, I'm sorry - I don't like you much."

Ex. B
Upon telling the kids that their noise (in the back of the car) was making me crazy & want to pull out my hair, she replied,
"Don't pull out your hair, Mom, 'cause then I'd laugh; and I'm trying hard not to laugh at you."
